Wiring Instructions:
Provided with receipt of purchase order.
Customer must pay all fees, including any costs to receive the wire. The full amount due must be deposited.
Credit Terms:
To apply for a credit account, a completed Company Profile/Application for Account must be submitted. Upon, approval, standard terms are NET 30. Failure to comply with granted terms will result in discontinuation of shipments until overdue balances are paid. Continual abuse of the credit facility will result in COD terms only.
All international orders are given a Proforma Invoice, which must be pre-paid before shipment.
Shipping Information:
All customer orders are shipped via UPS surface, unless otherwise specified. UPS Red, Blue, or Orange. Various overnight and special shipping surfaces are available by previous arrangement. All items are insured for shipment unless instructed otherwise in writing by the customer All shipments will be shipped pre-paid and billed to the customer, with the exception of special arrangement by the customer with their own designated carriers. Shipping point is FOB origin.
Returns and Repairs:
GRAFTEK honors all manufacturer's warranty policy and will make every effort to expediently handle all returns. In the event you have a problem with any product purchased from GRAFTEK, please call and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Be sure to have the model number, serial number and nature of the problem before calling for the RA number. Prior authorization MUST be obtained for all returns, exchanges, or credits. A Return Authorization (RA) number is necessary for a repair, and a Return Authorization for Credit (RAC) number is required for exchange on credit returns.
GRAFTEK will pay surface freight charges for return of product to customer for warranty returns. Customer will be responsible for freight charges for all non-warranty repairs.
GRAFTEK is not responsible for inbound freight or duty charges, or outbound duty charges for returns. Product returned will be tested to verify the defect. Upon verification, the product will be shipped out for repair, exchange, or credit. In the event of replacement or an exchange for a different item, the returned product will be credited to the customer's account and a new invoice issued for the replacement item. GRAFTEK reserves the right to issue a credit only in lieu of replacement.
If the product is found to be in good working order or its inability to function properly is a result of user damage or abuse, the product will be returned in the same condition as received, unless repair is possible and requested by the customer. Repairs of such nature will incur a charge for parts and labor, and will proceed only by agreement with the customer to accept the charge.
Restocking Charges:
Non-custom returns will be accepted only at the discretion of the Seller, and only then will be issued a RA or RAC number. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom built, Software, and/or custom ordered items are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
