Photonfocus - MV1-D1312-160-CL-12

With the new monochrome MV1-D1312-160 camera, with CameraLink interface, Photonfocus introduces its second camera of a new series, based on the newly developed 3rd Generation CMOS imager A1312-160 from Photonfocus. The MV1-D1312-160 provides a high dynamic range of up to 120dB with the well known LinLog? technology patented by Photonfocus. The new camera is equipped with all standard features needed for common applications whilst offering an outstanding image quality. The A1312 image sensor series is designed and fabricated in a 0.35micron CMOS technology optimized for image sensors to achieve an outstanding sensitivity and quantum efficiency. The resolution of the new sensors is 1312 x 1082 pixels, with 8micron x 8micron square pixels and over 60% fill factor with an excellent image quality. The spectral range of the new A1312 CMOS sensor has an extended spectral range covering 350nm to 1000nm. Besides the overall excellent image quality it?s worth pointing out the remarkably high Near Infra Red (NIR) responsivity. brochure
