Color Machine Vision Cameras

32-bit to 48-bit color resolution

Available in standard and high resolution, with single chip, 2-CCD or 3-CCD sensors, these cameras provide color images in various color image formats, ranging from RAW Bayer 8-bit to 48-bit RGB.

Standard Resolution High Resolution 2-CCD and 3-CCD Cameras Scientific
VGA 640 x 480 or 758 x 582
Standard resolution color cameras contain sensors with 640 x 480 or 758 x582 pixels and provide adequate images for most applications. These cameras are available at speeds up to 210 frames per second.
1024 x 768 pixels and higher
High resolution cameras contain sensors with larger number of pixels which provides increased accuracy in inspections. These cameras are available at speeds up to 500 frames per second.
3X VGA Sensors or 3X SVGA Sensors and 2X XGA
3-CCD color cameras have a prism block to separate the colors and three CCD's for the red, green and blue color planes. They produce color images free from artifacts produced by Bayer patterns.
Low noise, cooled, intensified
Scientific cameras, equipped with the most sensitive CCD's, are used in the most demanding applications like low light microscopy, fluorescence and night vision. These cameras are available in a range of speeds and sensitivities.
